AN 11-mile fun horse-ride takes place at Croft near Darlington on Sunday, September 3 to raise money for local NSPCC projects.
The ride, with optional jumps, starts from the Village Field in Croft at 1.30pm, with the last horse away by 3pm. There are rosettes for all the riders and cups for the three who raise the most sponsor money.
If anyone wishes to ride without sponsors a minimum donation of £15 per adult and £7 per child under 17 is required. Children under 11 must be accompanied.
