UK Land Estates has let 12,000sq ft of factory and offices at Nest Road, Gateshead, to NADA Electronics.
The move comes as part of a major expansion programme for the company.
The new premises provide enhanced design, laboratory and production facilities which give NADA the capacity to meet its strategic growth objectives.
NADA specialises in the design and manufacture of high voltage power equipment. The building has been completely refurbished to meet NADA's requirements in consolidating their three sites to one.
NADA's managing director, Michael Hunt, said: "UK Land Estates have provided a building which will contribute to the positive image NADA is projecting,.
