"I THINK the team have been improving a lot every game, it's very positive. On Friday, we didn't play a good game against Sheffield but we played better against Manchester on Saturday.

I was not happy with my game against Sheffield although I'm improving every game and I'm getting used to playing without the red line and in a bigger surface.

Things are looking good with the team right now, everybody's working really hard.

The refereeing is also something I need to get used to. In the first game against Manchester, I swore and even though I wasn't talking to the referee he was mad at me and next thing I was in the box.

I had my first scrap on Tuesday which sent the message throughout the league early that there is nobody going to touch our players on the team. I got kicked out because they wanted to show a good example, but I've got to show everybody in the league, if you touch one Jester you are going to have to deal with me.

I'm looking forward to the game on Saturday against Sheffield because I think our team's going to do a lot better especially as we are going to have Tomas Kupka back and he's one of our best players.

I'm going to work really hard this week. It's where everything really starts right now, I know I will be ready. I'm feeling a lot better every game on the ice and I know I can be effective in this league. I've got to keep working hard and improving.

I've made a really big improvement since the first game, and I'm really happy about that."
