STUDENTS at a North-East College gave 100 per cent to their studies and got their just rewards.
Bishop Auckland College modern language students recorded a 100 per cent pass rate in A-level and A/S level modern foreign languages.
Caroline Tucker, head of language teaching at the college, said: "These results are testament to the hard work and dedication of all our students."
Lisa Jaye, from Ferryhill, gained two Cs in German and French and now intends to study both subjects at degree level at Newcastle University.
She said: "I can't say enough about the support I received from Bishop Auckland College."
