A POLICE search for a missing pensioner with senile dementia was called off when he was found by a security guard.
Peter Dresser, 73, a patient at Bensham Hospital care unit, Gateshead, went missing on Sunday morning, prompting a police search of the immediate area. He was found safe by the guard in Jesmond, Newcastle, an hour and a half later
