RICHMOND will be aglow over the festive period after the town's official Christmas lights switch-on was helped by its Olympic stars. Guests at the ceremony were swimmer Nicola Jackson, above left, and rower Alison Mowbray, second right, both of whom were part of the successful British team in Sydney, in September. Small presentations were made to the pair in the town hall before they helped the Mayor, Councillor John Harris, and his wife, light up the town.
