REDCAR and Cleveland Borough Council is looking for people's memories of Locke Park to put together a £1.3m heritage Lottery bid for refurbishment.
The council wants old photos which can help them to tell the story of the 70-year-old park.
The bid includes new railings, footpaths and lake edges, a visitor centre, a play area and nature information boards.
