FAMILIES have petitioned Hartlepool Borough Council to have waiting restrictions placed on their road.
People living in West Park, Hartlepool, say their road becomes congested with waiting cars when parents come to collect children from High Tunstall School.
To ease the problem, they have also suggested extra waiting restrictions outside West Park Primary School, in nearby Coniscliffe Road, should be investigated.
