A FAMILY are moving closer to their goal of getting help for their autistic son.
Sandra and David Baker, from Bishop Auckland, want to take Ryan, two, to the Options Institute, in Massachusetts, which offers development programmes for autistic children.
The Bakers are raising money for the treatment. So far just over £3,000 has been raised.
Bishop Auckland's Asda store, where Mrs Baker works, has staged several fundraising events. and Mr Baker's employer, Sologlass, in Bishop Auckland has also been busy fund-raising.
