IT firm Perfect Image, of Newcastle, has been awarded Investors in People status as a reward for a nine-year training programme to ensure its staff are the best in the business.
The company has undergone a period of dramatic growth and development over recent years, but as managing director Andrew Robson explained, the staff have always been at the heart of that expansion;
"We currently employ 19 staff, from recent graduates, through to IT professionals with 20 years of experience in the industry."
The investors in people award recognises the effort that the company has gone to, to ensure the employees are properly trained, supported and motivated.
