THE actions of two elderly residents, who have helped to clean up their local environments, have been rewarded.
David Stokes, 63, of Elmtree, Stockton, Teesside, and Margaret Newham, 68, of Billingham, are to receive the Individual Environmental Improvement Award by the Tidy Britain Group, which will be presented by the Mayor of Stockton, Councillor Terry Bean.
