NIGHT-SHIFT worker Paul Becks gritted his teeth as he underwent a full body wax to raise money for the neo-natal unit at North Tees Hospital, Stockton.
The 50-year-old, from Billingham, who works at the Big W store, in Stockton, decided to shed his body hair after his daughter gave birth to a premature baby son, who sadly died two died two days later.
Nigel Driver, manager at the store, said: "Paul raised money for a cause that was particularly close to him, while entertaining people in the process.
"I'm sure everyone appreciated his efforts, while the event itself was a rip-roaring success."
