BUS drivers dug into their pockets to raise £1,000 for Marie Cancer Care. Drivers from the Darlington, Redcar and Stokesley depots collected the cash to help pay for nursing. Services by Marie Curie Cancer Care are free and rely on fundraising. Carol Oliver, community fund raising manager for County Durham, North Tees and Tyne and Wear, said: "This is a tremendous boost for nursing services locally."
