The UK's number one homes website, Fish4homes, has broadened its range of services by allowing prospective home buyers to access detailed risk information on individual properties free of charge.

The service is offered to warn buyers on a range of potential risks, from flooding to subsidence, and even the proximity of landfills to listed properties.

The fact that the UK experienced the worst flood damage for 300 years recently has now meant that environmental risks are high on the checklists for an increasing number of property buyers. Fish4homes will provide the most up-to-date information to ensure that users have reliable information to assist with their online property search.
