AN international conference on parenting and early learning is to be hosted by the Royal National Institute for the Blind (RNIB) in Harrogate.
The First Things First conference starts tomorrow.
The RNIB says it is organising the event to inform parents, teachers, child care workers, health professionals and social workers of the special needs faced by blind and partially sighted children
