A SCHEME to provide toys for children from less well-off families starts this week.
Parents in the Pennywell, Ford and South Hylton areas of Sunderland can borrow toys through a new Toy Library scheme.
The free library will be in Pennywell Neighbourhood Centre.
It will provide toys which are both fun and informative, including tents, cricket sets, hand puppets, books and jigsaws.
