PROPERTY agents JW Wood Commercial have completed the final letting at the William Robertson House office development in Durham City.
The former Bailes print works was refurbished by Newton Moor Construction, of Ushaw Moor.
JW Wood secured tenants for the development, including Cassella Environmental, Spring plc, The Northern Centre for Mental Health, Willis Scott chartered accountants and Countrywide Surveyors.
