A DRIVE to help beat arson attacks in Hartlepool will be one of the topics in the spotlight when a fire official meets residents next week.
Martyn Emberson, divisional officer of Cleveland Fire Brigade, will be speaking at the Central Area Police and Community Safety Local Consultation Forum, on Tuesday.
He will also talk about other projects that firefighters are involved in.
He will also give advice about smoke alarms and explain the work being done to make youngsters more aware of the dangers of fire.
The event is at 2pm at Stranton Fire Station, Stockton Street
