RABBIT owners could win £200 and a year's supply of rabbit food by entering a competition to find Britain's Supa Rabbit.
The competition, organised by Burgess Supafoods, is aimed at promoting responsible pet ownership and raising awareness of the number of rabbits that die each year due to dental disease, caused by poor diet.
The company has joined forces with North Yorkshire rabbit rescue centre Bunny Burrows to launch the search for the Supa Rabbit of the Year.
For every entry in the competition Burgess Supafeeds will make a donation to the charity to help in its work in rehoming unwanted rabbits and promoting animal welfare.
As well as the prizes for the overall national winner, there will also be ten regional winners in the competition, which will receive a supply of Supa Rabbit products.
To enter the competition, rabbit owners should send a photograph of their pet along with up to 200 words describing why it should be awarded the rabbit of the year title, to Tim Smith, Supa Rabbit Competition, Talk PR, Unity Court, 431 Meanwood Road, Leeds, LS7 2LL.
