THE manager of a pub which is to undergo a £42,000 facelift is looking for identical twins to help with its relaunch.
The Gretna Green pub, in Great North Road, Newton Aycliffe, will close on Wednesday, August 1, for a five-day refurbishment.
It will reopen as a Two for One pub on Monday, August 6. and managers want to mark the event by hosting a VIP party for ten sets of identical twins.
Manager Ben Duley said: "We are searching for identical twins of all ages, and if there is more than one set from the same family, even better.
"Part of their VIP treatment will be an opportunity to star in our opening photocall."
The VIPs will receive a £20 meal voucher and young guests will be able to enjoy themselves in the Wacky Warehouse.
