THE village of Carlin How will be having an all-day clean-up operation on Wednesday.
A similar operation a few weeks ago involved 12 adults - with help from the local police because of the number of drug users' needles found - and filled 70 bags with rubbish. Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council has promised to provide equipment and protective clothing for the litter pickers.
