Mandale Harriers

THE club's junior men's team rounded off their season by finishing second in the play-off match at Derby to gain promotion for the second time in three years under the guidance of Rick Betts and will contest the National Premier League next season.

The squad got off to a brilliant start with the Mason brothers Chris and Paul winning both hammer competitions with Chris reaching over 40m. The siblings reversed the finishing order in the discus. Double international Anthony Bibby won the 110m hurdle as did Paul Wardingham and Stuart Ball set a personal best to win the long jump.
