PEOPLE had the chance to tell a bus company what they thought of its service yesterday.
Go North East held a surgery on one of its single-deckers at South Burns, Chester-le-Street.
Passengers had the chance to put questions or comments about services to company representatives.
Yvonne Dixon, Go North-East's managing director, said: "We are committed to providing the best bus service possible for local communities."
