Fifteen players have entered the Individual League for the coming season, which will begin on Thursday, October 4 with the players divided into two sections.
Players drawn in Section A are Lawrence Jones of Witton Gilbert, Heppell Hodgson of Tow Law, Sean Johnston of Crowtrees, Jimmy Evans of Shotton Palms, John Hall of Crowtrees, Charlie Donaghy of Tow Law and John Bate of Hunwick. Dickie Evans of Crowtrees was an original entry but withdrew after the draw for sections and fixtures were arranged. However Sean Johnston stepped in to replace him.
The players drawn in Section B are Jim Phillipson of Crowtrees, Peter Laverick of Crowtrees, Norman Lowson of Hunwick, Fred Lintern of Willington, Ken Robinson of Witton Gilbert, Arnold Fleming of Hunwick, Tom Ward of Hunwick and Norman Kirkley of Hunwick
