A NORTH-EAST college's New Deal for Musicians scheme will showcase some of its talent tonight.
South Tyneside College's event starts at 8pm in The Ropery, Sunderland, and admission is free.
The show will be compered by Leanne Strong from Sunderland, with music from the city's Tremour duo and Astoria Islands band, as well as Blah Blah Blah, from South Shields and singer-songwriters Adrien Oliver and Betty Rogers.
Mike MacNally, coordinator for the programme, said: "The Ropery gig is one of a number of events we have created to showcase the talent of New Deal for Musicians clients.
"Every musician needs the experience of a live audience and the opportunity to bring their music to as wide an audience as possible."
