A BODY found hanging in woods by a child has been identified as that of a man missing from his home in Wales.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances into the death of Gary Sides, who had travelled from Wrexham.
The body of Mr Sides was found in South Stanley Woods, in County Durham, on Friday afternoon.
Mr Sides, who was 27, set off from his home in Marchwil, Wrexham, at 8am on Friday.
The father of a 14-month-old daughter, it is believed he split from his wife recently.
An inquest is to be opened later this week.
