VOTERS in two areas will be going to the polls on Thursday, November 22, for parish council by-elections.
The vacant seat in Skelton and Brotton parish council's New Skelton and Hollybush ward follows the resignation of Coun Wendy McWilliams.
It will be contested by Brian Briggs, for the Labour party and James Carrolle, for the Conservatives.
The vacant seat for Loftus Town Council's Loftus ward follows the resignation of Coun Irene Rye.
The seat will be contested by Stephanie Asplin-Wakefield, for the East Cleveland Independent party and Andrew Downs, for Labour
