Whitley Bay Churches lost their 100 per cent record when they went down at Airport Church, Newcastle. Andy Barrie opened the scoring for Airport Church with Andrew Nordenfedlt following it up to make it 2-0. Geoff Turnbull immediately pulled a goal back for Whitley Bay 2-1 at the break. Nordenfedlt got his second at the start of the second half. Again Geoff Turnbull brought the match back to 3-2 then Kevin Hilton and Paul Proud scored in quick succession to give Airport a 5-2 win.

Jesmond Parish Church moved into second place taking a 5-1 lead at half time with goals from Tom Digby, a pair, Ben Chambers, Matthew Flenley and Gregg Finlayson. Paul Wilkinson scored for Heworth Christian Fellowship. David Fittes scored a pair to bring Heworth back into the match at 5-3. Jesmond turned the screw again as Digby completed his hat trick. David Angier scored a pair for Jesmond to win 8-3.

Bethshan Christian Centre's Chris Thompson gave them a 1-0 half time lead at Consett Methodist Church. Matthew Gent, Neil James, Andrew Murray and Paul Simpson each scored a second half goal for Consett to win 4-1.

Paul Air scored for Stakeford Methodist Church in the first half at Metro Church Sunderland. John Boyd a brace and Ryan Pender scored to give Metro a 3-1 win.

Monkwearmouth Christian FC went down 7-0 at Heaton Hearts. Danny Harrison a pair and a strike from Andy Brammell gave Heaton a 3-0 lead. After the break Harrison completed his hat-trick and got a fourth, Brammell got his second with Abdullah Luli to complete the scoring.

In the Second Division Ryton Churches are the only team in the league to hold on to their 100 per cent with a convincing win over Bethany Christian Centre. Steven Gilmour, Bryan Gilmour and Michael Wheatley set them on their way with a 3-0 lead after the first 45 minutes. Whealtey and Bryan Gilmour scored their second, then strikes from Alan Daglish, Mark Cowen and Michael McKenna completed Ryton's goals. Phil Rumbles, Ronnie Smith and Dale Reid credited with Bethany strikes.

Another high scoring game at Lanchester who took a 5-0 lead with Chris Petts getting a double in the first half also scoring were Andrew Sword, David Marin and Ian Lockey. Nigel Hepplewhite scored two in the second half. Steven Taylor also scored a pair in the second half for Westgate Road Baptist Church. Roy Nichol also scored for Westgate for the final score to read Lanchester 7, Westgate 3.

After the hour Mark Levin equalised for Middlesbrough, in the closing minutes Geoff Baxter scored to give a 2-1 result for Saint Aidens.

Saint Peter's Low Fell Andrew Robertson put them ahead at home to Jesmond Parish Church B. After an hour Dan Garnham equalised for Jesmond B in the last ten minutes Jeff Brown scored the winner for Jesmond B to win 2-1.

Two goals from Keith Chambers and Roger Jackson in the second half gave Jesmond Parish Athenians a 2-0 home win over Yarm Emmanuel.
