HARTLEPOOL United made it two wins out of two for the first time this season as they beat Exeter 2-0 at Victoria Park.
An exquisiste finish from Gordon Watson - his seventh of the season and his fourth of the week - put Pool in front.
Watson deftly lifted the ball over keeper Arjan van Heusen from Darrell Clarke's cross to put Pool in front.
And in the closing minutes, experienced goalscorer Anth Lormor made it two when he slotted home after being set up by fellow substitute Adam Boyd.
