PLANS to redevelop the headquarters of one of Ripon's main employers have been submitted.
A redevelopment plan for the headquarters of a plumbers' merchants and builders' centre in Ripon, employing nearly 500 people, has been tabled.
Wolseley Centers Ltd has applied for permission to partially demolish buildings at its Boroughbridge Road centre and construct replacement offices. The project also involves converting a warehouse into a two-storey car park.
Members of Ripon area planning committee of Harrogate Borough Council will discuss the application on Tuesday. Approval is recommended, subject to conditions
