REDCAR residents can rest assured their rubbish will be collected over the festive period.
Refuse will be picked up as normal until Christmas Eve but there will be no service on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.
After the holidays, residents can expect their rubbish to be collected a day or two later than usual, until normal service resumes on Monday, January 14.
Labels giving information on the catch-up arrangements have been stuck onto every domestic wheelie bin in the borough.
