A NOVEL name for a new library was just what judges were looking for.
Children attending Abingdon School, Middlesbrough, were set a challenge to come up with a name for a new library at the school, which is to be used by the whole community.
Year five pupil Louise Avis-Bennett came up with the suggestion Read a lot - Learn a lot and this decided the judges on calling the development READ "All the children thought a great deal about the name, but Louise's idea definitely got us thinking."
