A WEBSITE providing the region with the latest music news and reviews has been given a new address of its own.
Until now, The Northern Echo's Revolution site could only be visited via the paper's thisisthenortheast site.
But such has been its success, the site has been given a domain of its own and can be accessed directly at www.thisisrevolution.co.uk.
The site gives news from the region's own acts, as well as from international artists, and provides a host of services for would-be stars. The New Year will see a new service on the site, where MP3 recordings of local bands' music - already available on the pages - will be reviewed by The Northern Echo's journalists.
This service will be carried out throughout the start of the year.
