A TAXI driver has been charged with murder following the death of a New Year partygoer.
An investigation was launched after 34-year-old Colin Arnold was found fatally wounded outside a house in Stockton at 4am on New Years Day.
He had been at a house party in Brignall Road with his wife, Vicky, 33, and about 20 other people.
The 25 year-old man was charged with murder last night and will appear at Teesside Magistrates' Court this morning.
