TALENTED young jazz singer Emma Nabarro is to appear with her trio at the Buck inn, Thornton Watlass.
The inn, a popular venue for traditional jazz, is hoping to make inroads into the modern jazz scene.
Emma Nabarro was born in 1979. She studied music from an early age and became a popular singer/songwriter on the Nottingham gig circuit.
In 1997, she studied voice at the Leeds college of music, developing a particular flair for jazz. She studied with leading jazz singer Tina May and performed extensively on the northern jazz scene, both with her own trio/quartet and as a regular guest with the likes of the Ken Butler Trio, the Mike Wilson Trio and the Watermelon Club.
Tickets for the Buck inn performance, on Saturday, January 26, are £17.50 and include a three-course meal
