Willington Ladies League - The New Year began with a few shocks.

The darts leaders, Sunnybrow Brown Trout went down at home to Willington Brewer's Droop, whilst the second placed, Willington Club B also failed against their A team. There was a similar situation in the dominoes section, where the leaders from Hunwick Joiners Arms lost at home to their neighbours from the Quarry Burn. Second placed, Willington Market A failed at home against Willington Black Horse.

The league was also shaken by the resignation of Willington Market B. All their results have been taken from the tables.

Results: Sunnybrow Brown Trout 3 (4) Willington Brewer's Droop 6 (1); Willington Market A 6 (2) Willington Black Horse 3 (3); Willington Club A 5 (1) Willington Club B 4 (4); Hunwick Joiners Arms 4 (2) Hunwick Quarry Burn 5 (3).

The revised league tables after the Willington Market B's results have been removed are shown below. Willington Brewer's Droop darts team show that they have won most matches in the league, but are only third from bottom because they failed to score more than three points in any of their defeats.
