UP to three Chinook helicopters will be operating from Teesside Airport for a fortnight later this month.
The helicopters will also be making use of RAF Leeming airfield, in North Yorkshire, during their stay, from next Monday to February 1.
They will be involved in training, including low-level navigation, electronic warfare, fighter evasion and simulated air-to-ground gunnery.
This will be done using the electronic warfare ranges at RAF Spadeadam, as well as Otterburn and Warcop training areas and other military facilities in the area.
All aircrews visiting RAF Leeming will be briefed on local flying regulations.
