THE past will be coming alive at a special event in Richmond, early next month.
Yorkshire Archaeological Society is teaming up with the Richmond and District Civic Society for a joint lecture.
The subject will be Richmond Castle, and the speakers will include Dr John Goodall, who will talk about early developments there, and Richard Annis, who will describe the excavations made in the Barbican.
Members of both societies are invited and visitors will also be welcome. The l3ecture will begin at 7.30pm on Friday, February 8, in Zetland Christian Community Centre. Admission will be £3
