CHILDREN'S TV favourite Bagpuss is coming to Saltburn as part of a tour promoting folk music.
Bagpuss, along with friends Madeleine the Rag Doll, Gabriel the Toad, Emily and Professor Yaffle will be visiting the town for a show featuring songs and music from the classic children's programme.
Presenting the show will be Sandra Kerr and John Faulkner, who created the music for the programme and were the voices of Madeleine and Gabriel, as well as several of the church mice.
They will be joined by Nancy Kerr and James Fagan, who are at the forefront of a new generation of folk musicians.
The shows will be at Saltburn community centre on Sunday, February 17, at 2.30pm and 7.30pm.
Tickets are available from the community centre, on (01287) 624997 or 626995, Saltburn library and Kings of Saltburn. They cost £5, or £4 for concessions.
Family tickets, for two adults and two children, cost £12
