A MAN charged with robbery made a brief appearance at Teesside Crown Court yesterday.
Anthony Whittaker, 19, of Proudfoot Drive, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, spoke only to confirm his name. The case was adjourned until March 22 for a plea and directions hearing.
Mr Whittaker was remanded in custody.
