HARRISON Render Systems based in Darlington has been the subject of a successful management buyout.
Managing director Russ Rowntree and operations director Peter Coatsworth led the buyout from parent company Harrison Brothers Steeplejacks Limited.
Harrison Render Systems Limited, which has 50 employees and an annual turnover of £3m, carries out insulation and rendering on new buildings all over the UK for clients such as Balfour Beattie, John Sisk, Bowmer & Kirkland and Carillion.
The company recently completed a £1m-plus job at the University of East London in Docklands, as well as the new research building at Stockton campus of the University of Durham.
