A charity is appealing for people who received a new mobile phone for Christmas to donate their old ones and raise much-needed funds.
The Hartlepool and District Hospice has teamed up with the Mobile Phone Recycling Appeal to boost funds.
Every year, millions of people change their mobile phones and throw their old ones away.
Anyone who would like to help the appeal can drop off their old phones at any hospice shop, or at the hospice itself, in Hutton Avenue, Hartlepool.
