A REVITALISED County Durham industrial centre is getting a new tenant.
mortgage and Property Services is moving from Victoria Road, Darlington, into new premises in Lingfield House, Lingfield Point in the town.
The mortgage and loan broker's 12 staff will make the move within the next month.
Lingfield House is at the centre of the 125-acre Lingfield Point development, which offers 1.6 million sq ft of commercial premises.
It was acquired by Lingfield Investments in 1998, and the company is spending £120m in upgrading the complex. It has already completed the £16m refurbishment of Lingfield House
