A DISTINCTIVE guitar has been stolen by thieves who raided a Darlington garage in an overnight burglary.
The Axis electric guitar, in a black and white zebra stripe pattern, was taken from the garage in Meadowfield Road along with tools, a CD player and a Newtonen reflective Hunter telescope.
The thieves forced their way into the garage between 8.30pm on Sunday and 7.30am on Monday.
The guitar and its case is valued at £300. The total value of the items taken is believed to be about £800.
