A JUNIOR jazz band which has enjoyed a meteoric rise is looking for new members.
Crook Grenadiers have collected a host of trophies since it was formed in 1998, winning the Cleveland Championships and the Holiday Championships two years in a row.
Last year, the band qualified for the junior section of the world championships in Nottingham, as well as the European Championships held in Kidderminster, Staffordshire.
Organisers are seeking new members aged between six and 17 to train for the summer season of competitions. Call (01388) 762729 or 763025 for details
