Residents' panel meets
Darlington Residents' Panel holds its annual meeting on April 17, at 6.30pm, at Wesley Court Community Centre.
People are needed to represent their areas to work voluntarily with the panel in partnership with Darlington Borough Council. For details call (01325) 388527.
ROAD WORKS: Traffic lights will be operating in Middleton Lane, Middleton St George, for a week from Thursday for pipeline works.
FLORAL TALK: Darlington Chrysanthemum and Dahlia Society is hosting a lecture on dahlia cultivation by Graham Carey at the ASE Club, Northgate, at 7.30pm on Tuesday. Entry is free.
TUBS SNATCHED: Ten wooden half-beer barrel flower tubs, worth £300, have been stolen from the Great Aycliffe Town Council depot, School Aycliffe Lane, Newton Aycliffe.
