A BUILDING firm is celebrating after a national survey ranked it among the country's leading property developers.
The National Customer Satisfaction Survey, undertaken for the Department of Environment, awarded Redrow Homes the top three-star rating after 95 per cent of customers said they would recommend it to others.
The poll results were calculated from a survey of 10,015 owners of newly-built homes.
Current Redrow developments in the region include properties in Hartlepool, Harrogate and Malton, North Yorkshire.
Redrow Yorkshire sales manager, Julie Rayner, said: "These are very important awards as they are based on feedback direct from customers.
"There is no greater endorsement for our product and customer care than such an overwhelming percentage of purchasers saying they would be happy to recommend us."
"People are clearly pleased with their experience of buying Redrow, which of course makes us very pleased too."
