TWO youths were arrested after a car chase last week - only hours after they walked free from court in connection with similar offences.
The 16-year-olds were arrested following a car chase through Hartlepool which reached speeds of up to 80mph. The youths appeared in court on Saturday and were remanded in custody until their next appearance in Hartlepool's Youth Court on Thursday
