A sponsored cycle ride will take place on Sunday, May 26, at 11am to raise money for Willow Burn Hospice.
The route will run from Lanchester to Broompark on the disused railway line. Forms are available from Mrs Burt at the hospice on (01207) 529224.
Willow Burn hospice thanked rock and roll legend, Consett man Freddie Fingers Lee, and other organisers of a charity night at Blackhill Club, that raised money for the hospice.
