A FOOTBALL fan whose first book is to be made into a film will sign copies of the autobiography in two pubs.
Paul Hodgson, a lifelong Darlington FC supporter who was left disabled after contracting meningitis as a child, wrote Flipper's Side about his life.
Hundreds of fans from around the world have snapp-ed up copies of the book.
Now, Paul has been asked to carry out signing sessions at two pubs.
The first will be on Friday at the Shuttle and Loom, Whinfield, Darlington, starting at 7pm.
This will be followed on Saturday, June 1, at 7pm in the Turbinia, Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.
The book is due to be turned into a film by North-East filmmaker Nick Rowntree's company, Plot 73.
